Welcome to Droop! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Droop application ("Service"). By accessing or using Droop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Droop Mission (Misuh Responsibly)

Droop is designed as a safe, anonymous space for raw expression, venting (misuh-misuh), and sharing honest thoughts through text and GIFs. Our goal is to provide a judgment-free zone. However, anonymity is a privilege, not a license to cause harm.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Droop. By using Droop, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts & Google Authentication

• Secure Access: To maintain a secure environment and prevent bot spam, Droop requires authentication via Google Sign-In.
• The "Ghost Mode" Guarantee: Your Google account serves only as a secure, private key. We do not display your name, email, or profile picture to other users. You remain anonymous to the community.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access Droop.

4. User Conduct & The "AI Bouncer"

To keep Droop a high-vibe "Misuh Zone," users must adhere to the following rules:

Content Moderation: All submissions are automatically processed by our AI Bouncer. Content that violates these rules will be flagged and deleted. Decisions made by the AI are final in the context of the Beta phase.

5. Beta Phase & "Fragile" Parts

Droop is currently in its Early Beta phase. This means:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
• Some parts of the application are fragile and may break or experience downtime.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post on Droop. However, by posting, you grant Droop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content anonymously within the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Droop and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or emotional distress arising from interactions on the platform.
